At Nativa Herbal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Conditions
• The return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Refund
• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
• Once the returned product has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded (unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error).

Return Process

2. We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Package the product appropriately and send it to the address provided.
